Dear friends and family,
What a month, October was. My trip to Toronto turned into a huge opportunity to meet bright-minded human beings, old friends and eventually enjoying a get-away vacation that one can never forget. And then, back to all the amazing projects, we are following up.
While I was there, I also had the chance to meet my fellow TEDx organizer for TEDxToronto, as well as a senior partner at the PWC Toronto and a leadership team member at the MaRS Discovery District.
I travel not only to see beautiful places but more importantly to meet interesting human-beings. We discussed Toronto-Tehran opportunities with the business people, enjoyed the company of close friends who live on another side of the earth, and had a conversation with family relatives there on the topic of immigration. The cherry on top of my Toronto trip was to meet Dr. Ghomshei, whom I discussed my recent “shortcuts” article.
Our team of partners at the Oppmakr Institute started their consulting project with Careem. This is no ordinary project! In March 2019, Uber acquired Careem for $3.1 Billion, and now we are lucky enough to work with their senior leadership team.
We also passed the trial phase for our borderless bank accounts. Iranians can now move money internationally cheap and fast. If you live in Iran, you know what this means! Click here to read more details about our PinTransfer services and register.
My best as always,
Reza
