Big challenges call for big solutions.
As December passed, I found myself having so many meaningful conversations with founders under 25, which allowed me to understand Gen Z founders a lot better. It also made me wonder about their response to 2020.
Joint project with international allies is amazing experiences.
Lead by Gelareh Kiazand; our SeeTo Productions is co-producing a joint documentary on Covid-19 in cooperation with the Qatari Al-Jazeera. I’m also involved in the business modeling of an MVP for a Silicon-Valley based tech startup.
Sharing is caring!
The means for sharing ideas is essential to a community builder. That is why I applied for a publisher certificate 9 months ago and passed the license two weeks ago! Another good news is that the 6th issue of the Idea Designers Magazine is published! It’s amazing. The whole issue, including my latest article, is dedicated to coping with “ambiguity”. My Farsi translation of Kare Anderson’s book —Opportunity Makers is now published and will be available very soon in Tehran’s bookstores and online.
Sometimes we have to stop for a moment and reflect.
At TEDxTehran, we took a 3-month break for the winter from organizing events to re-engineer how we do TEDx. This was a long-time goal, but we felt that now is the time. The audience will experience more meaningful, smooth, and community-adopted TEDxTehran in 2021. We are doing the same in Shadzi, where we help individuals and organizations to stay healthy by online fitness during the pandemic. At the Post Bank of Iran, we had the pleasure to host a few young future leaders across different disciplines to meet with the bank’s CEO, Dr. Shiri, and change different ideas to help millions of bank account holders.
I kept this month’s letter as short as possible to let you spend more time with your holiday favorites. I wish you a wonderful year in 2021. We really need it!
