Dear friends and family,
I’m so glad to write to you again as I find these letters the most effective ways to keep connecting with you. I can’t emphasize enough how excited I am every time I receive a reply from one of the recipients of these letters. Whether it’s a collaboration possibility, an idea helping one of the initiatives I mentioned in the letter, or a simple reply on your latest activities, it keeps me going.
At the beginning of 2022, I focused on broadening my client portfolio. One of the most important projects that a transforming organization can take is an active, live stakeholder management project. That is why I started working with the super large Shasta (a national organization) for its millions of stakeholders and MAX Holding (a private venture capital firm).
We usually select key role players in the organization and create a committee to connect, inform, and monitor types of systematical stakeholders. We implemented the same method at the Post Bank of Iran a year ago. It started so many good initiatives in the company, like many agreements with startups and initiating the Innovation Committee of the bank.
We also started deepening my roots with Digikala. Together with Oppmakr Institute, Digikala is running the Boom Project to help the startup ecosystem of Iran grow, engage, and activate more. That is why we are planning to sponsor lots of entrepreneurial events.
After the TEDxTehran 2021, we have restructured the team to adapt to our 2022 program. We have launched Worthy Ideas Publishing to publish books of the TEDxTehran speakers for those who want to read and understand more about the ideas we present. Also, we are planning to engage with our community more with all types of TEDxTehran events. The next station is a TEDxTehranLive so that we can all enjoy TED2022 live in Tehran!
Idea designers Magazine is not only a magazine anymore! We are also bringing our community together every Sunday. We invite our writers to be speakers for the audience to dive deeply into their topics.
If you already know me, you may already know that I’m deeply concerned about the new elite of Iran and our collective understanding of the next version of Iranian elite society. Thus, I’m raising the same question on social media.
This month, jointly with my great friend Professor Amirhossein Yazdani, we shared a statement with our communities that emphasized the same matter and asked everyone to redefine the new elite society of Iran.
In reply, we received many meaningful responses from Iranian thought leaders like Dr. Kiarash Aramesh, Dr. Ramin Faroughi, and Dr. Jafar Mahallati. We will dedicate the next issue of Idea Designers magazine to publishing these essays and replies.

I also decided to write a monthly essay at Eghtesadnews and the notes I write on my blog. A few of those are included below in this letter (all in Persian, sorry non-Persian readers).
I’m off to Dubai to meet my friends and perhaps a window of opportunity to reflect on what I do. So, I hope to read your replies when I get back in a week.
