I’m so glad to write to you again as I find these letters the most effective ways to keep connecting with you. I can’t emphasize enough how excited I am every time I receive a reply from one of the recipients of these letters. It’s 11:10 in the evening, and I just finished watching the Hong Kong movie “In the Mood for Love” with family and thinking about loyalty. What does it mean? Well, I think most of us confuse loyalty with repeated interactions. Most of the relationships human beings experience (personal / business-wise) are based on business basics, things like mutual benefits, etc.
